Techie Stays collects the information needed to provide its hospitality technology services, including account details, contact information, usage information, technical data and information submitted through forms, payment workflows or AI-assisted hotel tools.
Service providers may include Stripe for payment processing and OpenAI or similar AI providers for draft content, assistance and automation features. Payment card information is handled by payment providers and tokenized where applicable.
We use information to provide the service, improve product quality, support hotel workflows, protect accounts, respond to enquiries and comply with legal obligations. Account-related data may be retained for up to 60 days after account closure unless a longer period is required by law.
Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable GDPR and Thailand PDPA rights and operational requirements.
